This decision is taken to prevent misuse. Now, an user can remove channels one day after it was added to their account.

Direct to Home (DTH) service providers Dish TV and D2H have revised their lock-in period policy to restrict users from removing channels and packs from their account on the same date of adding it.

Direct to Home (DTH) service providers Dish TV and D2H have revised their lock-in period policy to restrict users from removing channels and packs from their account on the same date of adding it.

1-day lock-in period is a standard policy across most DTH service providers including Airtel Digital TV and Tata Sky. Sun Direct is the only operator in the country which currently have no lock-in period restriction.
